The ideal candidate should not only have a keen eye for design aesthetics but also the ability to create story-driven visual content that captivates audiences across digital and print platforms. He/she will be working closely with our marketing, branding, and content teams to design compelling creatives that effectively communicate our brand&rsquo;s story and values.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Overhauling of existing image branding of our company and conceptualize and design visual storytelling content such as social media creatives, infographics, presentations, web graphics, brand campaigns, and motion visuals.</li><li>Must have knowledge of using latest AI tools to get the job done faster. Experience in using and converting images from templates of Envato/Adobe etc</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas, narratives, and strategies into visual stories that resonate with target audiences.</li><li>Design brand-consistent assets (banners, ads, newsletters, website visuals, pitch decks, brochures, etc.).</li><li>Utilize the latest design tools, AI-based platforms, and creative software to enhance design quality, speed, and storytelling impact.</li><li>Develop visual frameworks and templates that make brand communication clear, engaging, and scalable.</li><li>Stay updated with emerging design trends, formats, and storytelling techniques to keep the brand&rsquo;s visuals fresh and innovative.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.</li><li>Collaborate with video editors, animators, and copywriters to ensure seamless storytelling across mediums.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Expertise<ul><li>Must have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite products like - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and CorelDRAW. (knowledge of AE or Premiere Pro is preferred but not Mandatory).</li><li>Experience with Figma, Canva or Envato, for modern, interactive, designs.</li><li>Strong understanding of visual appeal, typography, colour psychology, and brand identity.</li><li>Ability to craft visual narratives that make data, ideas, and concepts easy to understand</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to adapt to different styles/tones of design.</li></ul>Note - Strong portfolio showcasing story-driven design projects across different media is mandatoryExperience working in branding, marketing, or media agencies is a plus.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
