<p>
iCapital is looking to hire a Vice President to join the Structured Investments team. This role will support the Structured Investments team, within the firm&rsquo;s technology platform, by owning, developing, and maintaining the structured investments eco-system on the platform for clients. The team develops and manages the technology platform experience with many of iCapital&rsquo;s largest clients, including investment banks, broker-dealers, private banks, and RIAs throughout the United States. This individual will help manage and grow relationships with our issuing partners, serving as a key point of contact and assisting in developing and executing the firm&rsquo;s strategy and solutions in the structured investments market.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities</b></h3>
<ul><li>Support the management of relationships with iCapital's issuing partners, serving as a key point of contact &mdash; coordinating regular touchpoints such as meetings, check-ins, and events, and responding to partner questions and requests.</li>
<li>Help maintain and grow existing partnerships and support the onboarding of new issuers onto the platform.</li>
<li>Translate partner needs and feedback into platform enhancements, owning the resulting projects and partnering with Product and Engineering to prioritize and deliver them while balancing competing partner priorities.</li>
<li>Develop presentations, updates, and reporting for both partners and internal stakeholders, using data and analysis to inform decisions.</li>
<li>Aggregate, manipulate, and analyze large data sets to generate reports and surface insights, with excellent attention to detail.</li>
<li>Collaborate with teams across the firm &mdash; including Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Compliance &mdash; to deliver a robust, well-supported platform solution and drive process improvement.</li>
<li>Assist in the development and execution of the firm's overarching strategy for the Structured Investments business line.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h3>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree is required</li>
<li>5+ years of relevant experience in trading, business development, or relationship management in the structured investments market or broader financial markets industry</li>
<li>Experience working with or covering structured products is a plus</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Able to successfully operate in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Strategic mindset and able to work independently</li>
<li>Demonstrated client service skills with stakeholders and clients</li>

The base salary range for this role is $170,000 to $200,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. <p>
iCapital is seeking a Senior Vice President to join its Regulatory and Compliance team to manage iCapital&rsquo;s registered 1940 Act product compliance program. This role will work closely with the senior portfolio management, business, Regulatory and Compliance, and the Legal team members on a variety of compliance matters focused on registered funds including assisting with new fund initiatives, improving policies and procedures, implementing and maintaining testing programs, reviewing marketing materials, and overseeing regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate has experience managing a team and is highly organized, willing to learn new things, collaborative, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities</b></h3>
<ul><li>Maintain expert knowledge of the Investment Company Act of 1940 (1940 Act) and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 (IAA) and rules and regulations applicable to 1940 Act Registered Funds and investment advisers to 1940 Act Registered Funds (Investment Advisers).</li>
<li>Monitor and advise on regulatory developments affecting Registered Funds and Investment Advisers, including valuation, liquidity, affiliation, and related rulemaking.</li>
<li>Provide compliance leadership and support for Registered Funds initiatives, including identifying regulatory risks and developing practical solutions.</li>
<li>Advise the Product, Portfolio Management, Operations teams and other stakeholders on product structuring, operations, investment strategies, disclosures and regulatory compliance under the 1940 Act and the IAA.</li>
<li>Lead compliance efforts for Registered Funds launches and product changes from concept through effectiveness and post launch execution.</li>
<li>Translate regulatory requirements and fund governing documents into scalable policies, procedures, and compliance controls.</li>
<li>Oversee product specific compliance obligations, including disclosure monitoring, trade error resolution and regulatory filings.</li>
<li>Conduct pre and post trade compliance testing and monitoring, portfolio guideline testing, and issue resolution.</li>
<li>Perform compliance testing, reporting, and remediation tracking to ensure timely resolution of issues.</li>
<li>Oversee and coordinate compliance reviews of third-party service providers, including administrators, custodians, legal counsel, and auditors.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h3>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree is required</li>
<li>JD is a plus but not required</li>
<li>Series 7 and 24 licenses are required</li>
<li>10+ years of experience, preferably with both Registered Fund and registered Investment Adviser experience</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, Securities Act of 1933 and Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as well as SEC Rule 482, and applicable FINRA rules including FINRA Rule 2210</li>
<li>Experience with registered investment company EDGAR filings including shareholder reports (N-CSR) and tender offers (SC TO-I)</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and leadership skills</li>
<li>Willingness to learn new topics and work in an evolving business environment</li>
<li>Organized and detailed oriented with big picture capability</li>
<li>Proficient in MS Excel and Word</li>

Regulatory and Compliance, Registered Funds - Senior Vice President

<p>
The Backend Engineer at iCapital will play an integral role in designing and implementing systems that power the iCapital platform. We are looking for engineers who can build APIs and applications that are highly performant and intuitive. More than checking the boxes on specific technologies, we are looking for driven team members with technical depth and a desire to deliver end products for our clients.</p>
<p>
You will work closely with our Investments Product Management team throughout the software development process.</p>
<p>
Our platform sits on top of a micro-services architecture with services built in Scala, Ruby, Node.js and Python. If you are not already familiar with the technologies used at iCapital, you will have the opportunity to pick up these new tools and technologies while on the job&mdash;with support from management and mentors.</p>
<p><b>
Responsibilities</b></p>

<li>Building cloud native services using Scala using open-source frameworks Akka, ZIO etc.</li>
<li>Unit and integration test development using Scala Test</li>
<li>Active participation in stand-up meetings</li>
