Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and professional Phone Representative to serve as the frontline communicator between our organization and our valued clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. As a Phone Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing client inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all callers. Multilingual abilities and previous call center experience are highly desirable to effectively serve diverse customer needs.Duties<ul><li>Respond promptly and courteously to inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.</li><li>Make outbound calls to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote products and services in a targeted manner.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of interactions through data entry into customer relationship management (CRM) systems.</li><li>Provide comprehensive customer support by explaining services, troubleshooting problems, and guiding clients through processes.</li><li>Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette by maintaining a positive tone, active listening, and clear communication at all times.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve service quality, and meet departmental goals.</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary and ensure proper documentation of financial exchanges.</li><li>Utilize Microsoft Office tools and computer skills to manage correspondence, update client information, and generate reports as needed.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in a call center environment or customer service role is preferred.</li><li>Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous for serving diverse populations.</li><li>Proven ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality service standards.</li><li>Familiarity with data entry, typing accuracy, and analysis skills to interpret customer data effectively.</li><li>Knowledge of sales techniques and outbound calling strategies to promote services or products.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel for documentation purposes.</li><li>Demonstrated understanding of phone etiquette, customer support principles, and client services best practices.
