 ICBC Turkey Bank is searching for a teammate to be recruited in Retail Banking Department under our Head Office building located in Maslak, Istanbul.
 
 
 
 Job Description:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage card sales network, card processing, field sales,
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and develop POS and payment systems product,
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and develop processes and relationships with card management, stakeholders, including card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, Troy, etc.), BKM, processors, card printing vendors, and courier companies,
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for KPIs of the managed products,
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop sales channels,
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow new technologies and the Fintech ecosystem in the world.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's or Master's degree,
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 3 years of experience in card payment systems (credit card and debit card) within banking industry,
 </li>
 <li>
 Being able to use issue&amp;project tracking programs,
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with card production processes,
 </li>
 <li>
 Outstanding communication, teamwork, strong sales, marketing skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly motivated, proactive and self-disciplined personality,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive, hands-on, and goal-oriented mindset,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of Microsoft Office programs.
 </li>
