What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul>
<li>
Support individuals with autism in the home, in the community, or in one of our new centers</li>
<li>Teach daily living skills and social skills using effective behavior and evidence-based treatments</li>
<li>Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions</li>
<li>Collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training</li>
<li>Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)</li>
<li>Proactively communicate and collaborate effectively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, Executive Directors, and additional team members to support the client's needs</li>
<li>Performs other clerical and administrative duties as assigned to support operations</li>
</ul>
Requirements
Education/Experience and Other Requirements<ul>
<li>High-school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age (21 years or older if located in New Jersey)</li>
<li>Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays</li>
<li>Consistent, reliable transportation, a valid driver&rsquo;s license, and car insurance to provide in-home services for clients</li>
<li>Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record</li>
<li>BT: Ability to attend our 40-hour RBT fulltime paid training course and be eligible to pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire</li>
<li>RBT: Ability to attend required paid training program</li>

The Human Resources Generalist, Compliance plays a critical frontline role in delivering HR support to employees and leaders across the organization. This position is responsible for employee relations, compliance, Human Resources administration, and HRIS accuracy while partnering closely with Human Resources leadership to ensure operational continuity in a fast-paced, high-growth healthcare environment. 
What You&rsquo;ll Do
Human Resources Generalist<ul>
<li>
Serve as a point of contact for employee HR inquiries and routine employee relations matters.</li>
<li>Track corrective actions and assist with investigations, documentation, and unemployment claims.</li>
<li>Administer HR policies and procedures; provide guidance on interpretation and application.</li>
<li>Support benefits and leave administration, including FMLA coordination and workers&rsquo; compensation follow-up.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data; run standard HR reports as needed.</li>
<li>Assist with open enrollment communications and distribution of required employee notices.</li>
<li>Support updates to employee handbooks and HR documentation.</li>
<li>Assist with performance management documentation and follow-up.</li>
<li>Participate in HR projects and process improvements as directed by HR leadership.</li>
<li>Assist with new-hire orientations and onboarding activities as needed.</li>
</ul>
Compliance &amp; Risk Management Responsibilities<ul>
<li>
Employment Law Adherence: Apply federal, state, and local employment laws including FLSA, ADA, EEO, ADEA, and FMLA in daily HR practices.</li>
<li>File &amp; Record Compliance: Maintain compliant personnel files, I-9s, leave records, and documentation standards.</li>
<li>Policy Implementation: Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and escalate gaps or concerns to senior HR leadership.</li>
<li>Leave Administration Compliance: Coordinate FMLA and other leave processes in alignment with regulatory and internal requirements.</li>
<li>Benefits &amp; Notice Compliance: Assist with required benefits notices, distributions, and recordkeeping.</li>
<li>Job Description Maintenance: Support updates to job descriptions to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li>
<li>Clinic Audit Support: Partner with clinic leadership to support preparation for annual audits and regulatory reviews by ensuring HR files, documentation, and practices meet organizational and regulatory standards.</li>
<li>Issue Escalation: Identify potential compliance risks and promptly escalate complex issues to senior HR or legal partners.</li>
<li>Audit Readiness: Support internal audits and reviews of HR practices and documentation.</li>
</ul>
Requirements<ul>
<li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources/Business Administration/Healthcare Administration</li>
<li><ul><li>Professional Certifications are highly desirable, i.e. PHR, CP, SPHR, SCP.</li></ul></li>
<li>Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge in handling employee relations issues, organizational planning &amp; development, FMLA/leave administration, employment law compliance (FLSA, ADEA, EEO, ADA, FMLA etc.), performance management, employee development, corrective action, employee investigations, regulatory reporting.</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance requirements.</li>
<li>High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong documentation and reporting skills.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer-service skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.</li>
<li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Ability to exercise sound judgment and escalate complex issues appropriately.</li>
<li>Experience maintaining HRIS data and running standard HR reports; UKG experience preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li>
</ul>
