Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare, analyze, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards.</li><li>Review general ledger entries, fixed assets schedules, accruals, and reconciliations.</li><li>Support budgeting and forecasting activities with detailed financial insights.</li></ul>Accounts Payable &amp; Receivable<ul><li>Supervise billing, invoicing, collections, and payment cycles.</li><li>Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding receivables.</li><li>Review vendor invoices, expense claims, and payment processing for accuracy.</li></ul>Taxation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure timely filing, corporate tax, and other statutory returns.</li><li>Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory bodies.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and compliance requirements.</li></ul>Process Management &amp; Controls<ul><li>Implement and improve internal controls to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.</li><li>Develop and optimize accounting processes and SOPs.</li><li>Support internal and external audits, providing required documentation.</li></ul>Team &amp; Stakeholder Coordination<ul><li>Mentor and guide junior accounting staff.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and sales.</li><li>Prepare financial reports and presentations for management.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Professional certifications (MBA,CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA) preferred.</li><li>3&ndash;5+ years of experience in accounting or financial management.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and tax regulations.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.</li></ul>Gender : FemaleNote: Candidates from Korangi, Industrial Area and the nearby areas will be considered.Location : Korangi Industrial AreaGender: FemaleTiming : 9:00 AM to 5:00 PMJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>accounting: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
