 We are partnering with a leading organisation in Saudi Arabia that is delivering large scale real estate, mixed use development, and infrastructure programmes. The successful candidate will take on a senior advisory role with influence across project development, construction, land strategy, acquisitions, and high value commercial negotiations.

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 You will lead and support a wide range of strategic legal work, including:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Real Estate Development and Transactions
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drafting and negotiating development, land, leasing, licensing, and property management agreements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advising on structuring large scale, mixed use development projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing due diligence for acquisitions, land development, and investment deals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring compliance with local planning, zoning, and regulatory frameworks.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Construction and Infrastructure
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Preparing and negotiating high value construction and consultancy agreements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting project delivery through contract administration, notices, variations, claims, and EOT matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advising on strategic dispute avoidance and resolution.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Strategic Commercial Advisory
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensuring contract governance and alignment with corporate policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing external counsel and engineering consultancies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working closely with senior leadership teams, project directors, and government authorities.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 About You
 
 
 
 We are seeking a senior lawyer with:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 15 years plus of post qualification experience in real estate, construction, or development law.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience managing large scale development or infrastructure projects in the Middle East, ideally Saudi Arabia.
 </li>
 <li>
 A solutions driven, commercially minded approach to risk and negotiation.
 </li>
 <li>
 The confidence to work with executive leadership, government entities, and major commercial partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English. Arabic is an advantage but not essential.
 </li>
