We&rsquo;re looking for a dynamic, strategic, and visionary senior leader to oversee a growing marketing and communications practice that serves public sector clients. This individual will exercise significant discretion in the leadership and development of this critical practice area to ICF. Further, as a member of the senior leadership team, this individual would be responsible for overall organizational health and growth.
The ideal candidate will most likely be a leader with business leadership skills with an understanding of communications, public relations or advertising agency or lead a marketing practice within a consulting firm, and have an established background working with Federal agencies.

What You Will Do:

What You Will Bring With You:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree and/or training in business, marketing or communications preferred.</li><li>
20+ years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or digital engagement&mdash;ideally in an agency or consultancy setting.</li><li>
10 years&rsquo; experience in growth that includes a demonstrated track record of year-over-year growth and success developing and executing successful business development growth strategies, including acting as a &lsquo;seller-doer&rdquo; + in working closely with larger business development teams for large scale efforts.</li><li>
10 years&rsquo; experience in government business development including a strong client network and the ability to lead capture efforts for major communication contracts and campaigns.</li><li>
10 years&rsquo; experience in business development, strategic growth, and client relationship management.</li><li>

Job Description
This position involves conducting rainfall measurement of pooled water features at a project site in the Northern California region. Independently and collaboratively perform field surveys for pond inundation levels after rain events. ICF is seeking a highly motivated Operations Analyst to support the Environment &amp; Planning (E&amp;P) Division. This role will report to the EEI Operations team to support business operations and help execute internal communications and employee engagement.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, a strong communicator verbally and in writing, thrives in a collaborative environment, has a strong client service orientation, and is also capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Support the Operations Lead and Group-level Communications Lead to execute a comprehensive communication and engagement plan and schedule in support of the Environment &amp; Planning Division</li></ul><ul><li>
Coordinate Quarterly Division-wide All Hands meetings under the direction of the Operations Lead:<ul><li>
Manage invitations and agendas</li><li>
Prepare and support presenters</li><li>
Create and finalize PowerPoint presentations</li><li>
Share meeting recordings and follow-ups</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Coordinate Division conference attendance:<ul><li>
Update conference tracker</li><li>
Manage conference approvals</li><li>
Communicate with conference attendees regarding approval, billing information, and more</li><li>
Provide leadership with a quarterly report of all approved conference costs</li></ul></li></ul> 
<ul><li>Coordinate employee engagement programs, including but not limited to:<ul><li>
Employee connectivity program</li><li>
Division Book Club</li><li>
Division Mascot Program &amp; Annual Awards</li><li>
Distribution of marketing collateral for conferences and other meetings</li><li>
Publication Awards program</li></ul></li></ul> 
<ul><li>Support SharePoint site creation, permissions management, and project file creation</li><li>
Support the procurement process and other related business needs</li><li>
Serve as a back-up for other EEI Operations team members, as needed</li><li>
Participate in Division and Line of Business (LOB) meetings and contribute to preparations and follow-up activities</li><li>
Assist with additional EEI Operations and E&amp;P Division priorities, as requested</li><li>
Coordinate with corporate services such as subcontracts, accounts payable, procurement, and IT</li><li>

Basic Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li><li>
2+ years of experience in administration and/or business operations</li><li>
2+ years of experience in corporate-level communications</li></ul>
