Job Description &ndash; AccountantPosition: Accountant Location: ICFIX Services/Academy Employment Type: Full-timeAbout UsICFIX is a growing organization focused on delivering high-quality training and services in technology and education. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial operations, ensure compliance, and support decision-making with accurate reporting.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain and update day-to-day financial records, ledgers, and accounts.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank reconciliations.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and MIS reports.</li><li>Monitor cash flow, expenses, and income to support budgeting and forecasting.</li><li>Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.</li><li>Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks.</li><li>Process employee payroll and maintain salary records.</li><li>Track student fee collections, pending payments, and generate collection reports.</li><li>Ensure all accounting processes are compliant with company policies and financial regulations.</li><li>Support management with financial analysis for business planning and growth.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com/CA Inter preferred).</li><li>Proven work experience as an Accountant (1+ years).</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and accounting software.</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to work independently.</li><li>Excellent communication and reporting skills.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Professional growth in a supportive environment.</li><li>Opportunity to work closely with management and contribute to organizational success.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
