The Sales Territory Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales force to achieve company goals for customer service, market dominance, and profitability. The Sales Territory Manager will be responsible for overseeing and expanding sales efforts within a designated territory. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans for your territory to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.</li><li>
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and address client needs and concerns promptly.</li><li>
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats. Provide insights and recommendations for strategic adjustments.</li><li>
Sales Execution: Drive sales initiatives by prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution.</li><li>
Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and key metrics. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management.</li><li>
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.</li><li>
Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant departments to enhance product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.</li><li>
Training and Development: Provide guidance and support to junior sales staff or sales representatives within the territory, fostering their growth and development.</li><li>
Performs all other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Strong sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>

Sales Territory Manager

ICM Solutions is seeking a customer-focused Purchaser to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. This full-time, benefited position is responsible for accurately sourcing and procuring parts and materials to support company operations. This position ensures that required items are ordered and received in a timely manner, while verifying that costs are consistent between vendor quotations, purchase orders, and invoices. As an entry-level role, the Purchaser will receive guidance and support regarding what parts to purchase and when, while developing proficiency in procurement practices. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow established procedures to maintain accuracy and efficiency in the purchasing process.
Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Accurately process purchase requests and issue purchase orders (POs) in line with company policies.</li><li>
Ensure parts and materials are ordered and received on schedule to support operational and service needs.</li><li>
Verify pricing accuracy between vendor quotes, purchase orders, and invoices, escalating discrepancies when needed.</li><li>
Communicate with vendors to confirm order status, lead times, and delivery schedules.</li><li>
Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders regarding backorders, delivery delays, or pricing changes.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of purchasing activity within the company&rsquo;s ERP or inventory system.</li><li>
Support inventory accuracy by helping ensure receipts, returns, and credits are processed correctly.</li><li>
Assist with supplier coordination under the guidance of senior staff, building basic vendor relationships to ensure responsiveness.</li><li>
Contribute to process improvements by following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and suggesting efficiency improvement opportunities.</li><li>
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the purchasing and supply chain team.</li></ul>
Requirements: 
<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational/technical training preferred.</li><li>
Basic competency in math and finance for reviewing costs and verifying invoices.</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ability to learn ERP and purchasing systems</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing purchase orders and verifying vendor documentation.</li><li>
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to follow up on orders and provide clear updates.</li><li>
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines.</li><li>
Team-oriented with a willingness to learn from and support senior staff.</li><li>
Prior experience in purchasing, inventory, or warehouse roles is preferred but not required.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills - especially writing, including:</li><li>
the ability and willingness to respond promptly and be proactive to solve problems.</li><li>
the ability and willingness to listen, ask follow-up questions, and confirm the accuracy and completeness of orders and schedules.</li><li>
The ability and willingness to detect early any delays or problems</li><li>
the discipline to ensure thorough, timely and clear documentation is created, maintained, and shared appropriately.</li><li>
The ability to always be ready to report on the status, location, and cost of needed parts and equipment, as they flow through various processes.</li><li>
