Job Details:<ul><li>Job Title: Customer Service Executive</li><li>Location: DHA Phase 2 Extension, Karachi</li><li>Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 5:00 PM &ndash; 2:00 AM</li></ul>Job OverviewWe are seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions across multiple communication channels, processing orders, coordinating with our USA-based warehouse team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the order lifecycle.This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, live chat, and web chat in a professional and timely manner.</li><li>Accurately process customer orders and prepare quotations and sales orders using QuickBooks.</li><li>Coordinate with the warehouse team in the USA to ensure efficient order fulfillment and shipment processing.</li><li>Monitor order status and proactively provide customers with delivery updates.</li><li>Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service-related issues effectively.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and account information.</li><li>Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build positive client relationships.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3+ years of experience in an International Customer Service, Customer Support, or Sales Support campaign is required.</li><li>Excellent spoken and written English communication skills with a neutral and professional communication style.</li><li>Proven ability to handle customer interactions confidently via phone, email, and chat.</li><li>Familiarity with QuickBooks will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple systems accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-handling skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountability.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Medical coverage</li><li>Paid leaves</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Annual performance bonus</li><li>Professional growth and development opportunities</li><li>Collaborative and supportive work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have at least 3 years of experience in an International Customer Service or Sales Support campaign?</li><li>Have you handled customer interactions with international clients through calls, emails, or live chat?</li><li>Are you confident in your spoken English communication skills and able to communicate fluently with international customers?</li><li>Do you have experience using CRM systems, order management software, or similar business applications?</li><li>Are you comfortable managing multiple customer inquiries and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Customer Service: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
