Job Title: Accounts Executive Industry: Manufacturing Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, vouchers, and reconciliations.</li><li>Maintain accurate financial records as per company policies and statutory requirements.</li><li>Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.</li><li>Prepare and maintain cost sheets, inventory valuations, and production expense reports specific to manufacturing.</li><li>Support month-end and year-end closing activities.</li><li>Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and intercompany transactions.</li><li>Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and compliance.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions related to raw materials, production, and finished goods.</li><li>Monitor and control expenses to ensure compliance with approved budgets.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting &amp; Finance.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.</li><li>Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial controls.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or equivalent).</li><li>Good knowledge of tax laws, compliance, and statutory regulations.</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.</li></ul>Work Location: M.A Jinnah Road Working Hours: 9:30AM to 7:00PM Benefits: As per Company PolicyJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
