Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Patient Care: Perform assessments, administer meds/injections, monitor conditions, provide personal hygiene (bathing, bed making), assist with feeding, manage pain, and ensure patient safety.</li><li>Technical Duties: Collect specimens, perform diagnostic tests (like ECGs), apply dressings, manage IVs, operate medical equipment, and assist doctors.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and care plans.</li><li>Collaboration: Work with doctors, other nurses, and support staff to coordinate care and implement orders.</li><li>Patient/Family Education: Teach patients and their families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.</li><li>Ward Management: Handle admissions/discharges, manage supplies, maintain a clean environment, and ensure adherence to policies.</li></ul>Essential Skills &amp; Qualities<ul><li>Strong clinical skills &amp; knowledge.</li><li>Excellent communication (verbal/written) &amp; interpersonal skills.</li><li>Empathy, patience, and compassion.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve.</li><li>Physical stamina.</li><li>Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR).</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Hospitals (ER, ICU, Wards).</li><li>Clinics, Nursing Homes, Home Healthcare.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
