Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supplier Sourcing &amp; Management:Identifying, evaluating, and selecting reliable suppliers and vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery criteria.</li><li>Negotiation:Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.</li><li>Purchase Order Management:Creating, reviewing, and processing purchase orders accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Cost Control:Analyzing total cost of ownership and optimizing budgets for purchased goods and services.</li><li>Market Analysis:Conducting market research and analyzing trends in pricing, supply, and new products to inform procurement strategies.</li><li>Inventory Management:Collaborating to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels, ensuring materials are available when needed.</li><li>Quality Assurance:Establishing and ensuring adherence to quality standards for purchased materials and services.</li><li>Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate and organized records of purchases, pricing, deliveries, invoices, and supplier information.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration:Working closely with internal departments (e.g., finance, operations, engineering) to understand their procurement needs.</li><li>Problem Resolution:Resolving any issues with suppliers regarding delivery, quality, service, or invoicing.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;35,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Purchasing: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Position : Purchase Executive Location - ThaneExperience - FreshersJob Description:&#8208; <ul><li>Ensuring appropriate procurement of direct, indirect materials and capital goods.</li><li>Preparation of purchase order.</li><li>Tracking of purchase orders &amp; purchase contracts.</li><li>Follow up with supplier for Delivery/Rejection/Shortage.</li><li>Review inventories and order as required.</li><li>Preparation of monthly delivery plan/schedule for procuring materials.</li><li>Manage all procurement activities and ensure procurement sources provide good quality and cost Effective materials in time.</li><li>Resolve supply, quality and invoicing issues with vendors.</li><li>Develop alternative vendors for the existing items.</li><li>Coordinating with Account department for bills.</li><li>Mail Drafting and good communication compulsory</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;22,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
