Whether it&rsquo;s the feeling of opening your favorite childhood candy, the culture of the 90s and early 2000s, or shared generational memories &mdash; we want to create content that makes people feel something.
 
 
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for a Social Media Manager who understands that viral content isn&rsquo;t just about trends &mdash; it&rsquo;s about emotion, relatability, and timing.
 
 
 
 
 
 This role will work closely with our Head of Creative, Graphic Designer, and Content Creator to build and execute a cohesive, high-impact social strategy across all platforms.

 Own Our Social Strategy
 
 
 &bull;	Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and emerging platforms
 
 
 &bull;	Ensure a consistent brand voice centered around nostalgia, emotion, and cultural moments
 
 
 &bull;	Build campaigns that connect products to meaningful memories and shared experiences

 &bull;	3&ndash;5+ years managing social media for a brand (CPG a plus)
 
 
 &bull;	Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form content
 
 
 &bull;	Proven ability to create or contribute to viral content
 
 
 &bull;	Strong instinct for what triggers emotional engagement and nostalgia
 
 
 &bull;	Experience working with influencers and managing partnerships
 
 
 &bull;	Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking performance
 
 
 &bull;	Highly organized and comfortable using tools like Sprout Social
 
 
 &bull;	Creative, fast-moving, and culturally plugged in
