<div>Develop, port and optimize DSP algorithms for both on-prem and cloud development platforms. Integrate into a team of engineers that are developing new DSP algorithms, help develop a methodology to transition algorithms into both on-prem and cloud platforms. Good understanding of software testing protocols. Comfortable w/ both C++ and Python languages and able to use either as needed. Knowledge of Kubernetes, micro-services, cloud platform engineering helpful.</div><br>

<ul><li>Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering</li>
<li>Communications and Digital Signal Processing experience</li>
<li>Experience with XMidas development</li>
<li>US Citizenship and active Top Secret clearance with SSBI and ability to maintain.
</li><li>Experience with C/C++ and Python languages</li>
<li>Familiarity with Python, C/C++, and/or other programming languages</li>
<li>Knowledge of stochastic signal processing and digital communications.</li>
<li>Excellent organization, decision making, and verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Exceptional problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>High level of self-initiative and self-motivation with the ability to work under minimal supervision.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in small team settings to solve complex problems.</li>
</ul>
<div><b>Preferred Skills and Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s or Ph.D. degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering.</li>
<li>Seven (7) years of experience.</li>
<li>Experience with Digital Signal Processing (DSP) algorithms implementation in Software and FPGAs</li>
<li>Experience with GPUs for high performance signal processing computing</li>
<li>Experience with modern communication modulations (FSK, OFDM, QAM, etc.)</li>
<li>Experience with distributed software version control systems and continuous integration, such as Git</li>

<p><b>Job Description:</b></p>
<p>ICR is seeking experienced Digital Network Exploitation Analyst (DNEA) to join our team. ICR provides world class engineering support in the areas of Software Engineering, Hardware Virtualization, Data Analysis, Mission Engineering, and Field Mission Support. Our Government customers have relied on ICR for several years to support its mission, and has recently contracted to extend this support.</p>
<p>The DNEA position will assess target space with available data sources to construct network maps and support the development of exploitation and operational plans. You will be expected to have knowledge and experience of communication devices and their connectivity to networks, IP infrastructure, and OSI models. This knowledge will be used to analyze data to enumerate target networks, organize and document research, and network analysis findings in well-crafted presentations or deliverables to inform partners and customers. This role involves researching new and evolving technologies and communication devices to provide in-depth analysis and evaluations while working in a team environment supporting government and military customers.</p>
<p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul><li>Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph.
<ul><li>US Citizenship required</li>
</ul></li><li>Must meet the following years of experience and education requirements:
<ul><li>At lease 10 years of experience (no degree) or</li>
<li>Associates degree + 8 years of experience</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree + 6 years of experience</li>
<li>Master's degree + 4 years of experience</li>
</ul></li><li>Strong understanding and experience with routing and network infrastructure, must be able to assess networks and identify key network topology</li>
<li>Computer and network security experience, including vulnerability analysis</li>
<li>Joint Cyber Analysis Course (JCAC) or equivalent</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul><li>Experience with tools for signals analysis and exploitation</li>
<li>Programming languages, like Python or C++, to support automation</li>
<li>Certifications: Network+, CCNA, CEH</li>
<li>Strong understanding of protocols, ports, and encryption</li>
</ul>

<ul><li>Analyze network nodes, personas, and organizations.</li>
<li>Perform discovery, vulnerability analysis, and target technology analysis of digital networks and mobile communications.</li>
<li>Identify, define, and exploit target communications within global networks.</li>
<li>Develop physical, logical, and persona driven network maps.</li>
<li>Document and communicate technical discovery results effectively to technical and non-technical user groups.</li>
</ul><div><b>Required Skills and Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SSBI.</li>

<li>Five (5) years of experience.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Networking, Cyber Operations, or Computer Science</li>
