Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager Nightshift

We, ICT Tubes Private limited is looking for energetic, dynamic professionals<ul><li>Owning and managing the end-to-end e-commerce strategy, including website management, merchandising, performance optimization, and channel expansion</li><li>Driving sales performance across all e-commerce platforms (brand site, marketplaces like Amazon, e bay.)</li><li>Executing and managing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, paid search, email marketing, and retargeting initiatives</li><li>Optimising the customer journey through continuous UX improvements, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimisation</li><li>Coordinating product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional calendars in alignment with marketing objectives</li><li>Liaising with demand planning, fulfillment, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy</li><li>Monitoring and analysing e-commerce metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost (CAC), average order value (AOV), and return on ad spend (ROAS)</li><li>Overseeing platform integrations with payment gateways, CRMs, and analytics tools</li><li>Handling customer service escalation protocols and ensure a consistent brand experience across channels</li><li>Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and provide actionable insights to senior leadership</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>You have prior experience in managing e-commerce operations or digital marketing</li><li>Proficiency with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud</li><li>Familiarity with digital marketing tools: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, SEMrush, or similar platforms</li><li>Strong understanding of UX principles, funnel performance, and A/B testing</li><li>Solid grasp of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and conversion optimization strategies</li><li>You have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.</li><li>You have a high level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.</li><li>You are a creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.</li><li>You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments, and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,097.54 - &#8377;48,548.66 per monthWork Location: In person
