 Job Title: Social Media Content Specialist (Native English)
 
 
 
 We're growing fast and we want YOU on our team. We're looking for social media experts who love jumping into online conversations, crafting content that connects, and keeping digital communities safe and welcoming.
 
 
 This is a
 
 remote position
 
 open to
 
 permanent residents of Canada
 
 . We're looking for team members who are down to work a mix of the following shifts (and, yes, that
 
 includes weekends
 
 ):
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Days: 8AM&ndash;4PM North American Central Time
 </li>
 <li>
 Evenings: 4PM&ndash;12AM North American Central Time
 </li>
 <li>
 Overnights: 12AM&ndash;8AM North American Central Time
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 You must be available to be scheduled a mix of the shifts above throughout the week AND on weekends - we&rsquo;re not able to accommodate availability limitations or schedule restrictions.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Moderating and responding to comments across our clients' social channels using their unique brand voice.
 </li>
 <li>
 Writing thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and drive engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring online communities are safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Escalating issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Becoming a true extension of our clients&rsquo; brands - understanding their strategy, tone, and audience.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What You Bring to the Table:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Native-level fluency in English - Native fluency in additional languages is an asset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptionally strong written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity) in English.
 </li>
 <li>
 You live in Canada and are legally allowed to work here.
 </li>
 <li>
 You&rsquo;re open and available to work any shift, any day - including weekends.
 </li>
 <li>
 You&rsquo;ve got professional experience managing social platforms, specifically moderating and engaging.
 </li>
 <li>
 You know how to write for brands and can adapt your tone for different audiences.
 </li>
 <li>
 You know your way around and the ins and outs of all the major social platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 You&rsquo;re into the kind of content you&rsquo;ll be moderating - whether it&rsquo;s tech, retail, CPG, food service, or hospitality and tourism, you&rsquo;re curious and engaged.
 </li>
 <li>
 You&rsquo;re organized, reliable, and have excellent customer service instincts.
 </li>
 <li>
 You have fast, reliable internet with no data restrictions.
 </li>
 <li>
 You also have an active Facebook account.

 Whether you're looking for full-time (32-40 hours/week) or part-time (24-32 hours/week), we&rsquo;ve got a spot for you. Each shift is 8 hours, we just ask that you're flexible with working a mix of shifts and days from what we&rsquo;ve listed above. We assign your shifts and create your schedule.
 
 
 
 The hourly pay range for this position is $16.75 to $17.00 CAD or the minimum wage in your province of residence - whichever is higher. Actual hourly pay within the hourly range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available to all hourly employees working a minimum of 22 hours a week.
