JOB POSTING: PHLEBOTOMIST/ANDROLOGISTThe Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine has an immediate job opening for a full-time phlebotomist/andrologist. Applicants must be team-oriented, enjoy working in a rewarding and often fast-paced environment, and be willing to work weekends as a portion of regular hours. Schedule will be Monday through Friday while in training, and after + weekend coverage rotation once a month. There will be working shifts at both our Boise and Meridian locations!Duties and responsibilities:- Perform phlebotomy functions- Perform immunologic and microscopic analysis on blood and seminal fluid- Run endocrine assays- Perform andrology tasks including analysis, IUI preps, cryopreservation- Order laboratory supplies- Complete record logs- Perform monthly maintenance on Beckman Coulter analyzer- Update procedures for EMR system and andrology- Maintain statistics on tests performed and sent out- Other duties as assignedSkills/qualifications/competencies (preferred):- Phlebotomy certification- Exceptional people skills- Energetic, compassionate personality- Ability to multi-task and prioritize- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Flexibility around weekend scheduling&mdash;periodic weekend and holiday coverage WILL be part of regular shift' ' Work Remotely<ul><li>No</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Boise, ID 83712 (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Boise, ID 83712: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
