Job Responsibilities Include:<ul><li>
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, respond to program inquiries, and refer calls as needed</li><li>
Process and distribute incoming mail, and maintain accurate and up-to-date files</li><li>
Assist the public with completing pre-applications, scheduling appointments, and uploading documents</li><li>
Update system information and perform data entry tasks to support Rental Assistance team</li><li>
Provide administrative and clerical support to Housing Specialists and Inspectors</li><li>
Prepare and review rental assistance documentation, including RFTA forms and leases</li><li>
Manage and process tenant payments, ensuring accurate receipting and posting</li><li>
Other job duties as assigned</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent required</li><li>
2+ years of administrative or clerical experience preferred</li><li>
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service</li><li>
Proficient typing skills, with a preferred speed of 65 words per minute</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong ability to schedule, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively</li></ul></div>
