Job purpose

The primary responsibility of the Forklift Operator is to efficiently and effectively move products and material to and from the processing/packaging lines and trucks for transfer between plants. Take great care moving material inbound or outbound on trucks using the Company Mobility system, additionally report any issue with the functionality of the Forklift.

Main Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Responsible for keeping the warehouse organized to utilize first in first out (FIFO).</li>
<li>Excellent driving skills &ndash; operate forklift attachments effectively.</li>
<li>Must be able to multi-task, effectively and efficiently.</li>
<li>Maintain license for operating the forklift which includes the use of Mobility (company barcode system.</li>
<li>Document the inspection of all trailers before loading.</li>
<li>Ensure product is loaded in good condition, counts are correct, and trailer is not overloaded.</li>
<li>Maintain correct inventory (help cycle count warehouse). Is required to have a working knowledge of item #&rsquo;s and weights.</li>
<li>Maintain warehouse, keep area clean, orderly, and maintain correct locations and Id of all items in the warehouse.</li>
<li>Must comply with all safety regulations, attend safety meetings and follow all plant and safety rules.</li>
<li>Follows all good manufacturing practices as set by the company policy.</li>
<li>Supply packaging lines with WIP and materials.</li>
<li>Move production totes from the staging area to the warehouse.</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications/Required Skills
<ul>
<li>Education and/or Experience: Previous experience working around processing equipment preferred. Will be required to be Forklift Certified.</li>
<li>Language Skills: Must have effective oral communication skills to communicate with supervisor and co-workers. Must have the ability to read and write and accurately complete paperwork.</li>
<li>Reasoning Ability: This position requires self-confidence and maturity to make decisions to solve problems with minimal direction. Must be a team player, react to change productively, be flexible, and accept change. Good decision-making skills with the ability to think ahead</li>
</ul>
Other Details
<ul>
<li>Work Environment: Position requires heavy lifting, up to 75 lbs. Must be physically active and able to work around hot temperatures. Able to work under pressure with time limitations. Good hand/eye coordination, and 20/20 corrected vision. Should be able to stand on concrete floors for extended periods, follow safety precautions, and utilize cleaning chemicals and sanitizers safely. Must be able to start work at least one-half hour early each day, staying late on many occasions. Must be able to work weekends (Saturdays and possibly Sundays), work at different facilities, and tolerate cold conditions. Teamwork is a must.</li>

Position Validation
<ul>
<li>Our Position Validation Program focuses on three core areas: On the Job Training, Standard Operating Procedures and Validation of Performance. Through this training, you will have the tools you need to demonstrate an understanding of the key duties of the role through validation.</li>
<li>Validating in your role simply means demonstrating your proficiency in your assigned job.</li>
<li>New team members in the Forklift Operator I position must validate within their position. Once validated, the rate of pay changes from training rate to full pay rate (+ $.75).</li>
<li>Team members who are unable to validate from the training level to this level must attempt again and pass within one week. Team members who are unable to validate within the first 10 weeks of employment can move to an open position that they qualify for (at the pay rate of that position). If no position exists, the team member will be exited from Idahoan.</li>

 The role
 
 
 
 The Associate Brand Manager, Brand Management is primarily responsible for maintaining and improving our product portfolio within each fiscal year. Reporting to the Brand Manager, key areas of responsibility include supporting the development and execution of our annual marketing plan, measuring the effectiveness of new and existing items in reaching our marketplace and financial goals. Attention to detail, competency in navigating complex data, evaluating financial performance and general business curiosity will be required for success.
 
 
 
 Job Purpose
 
 
 
 Support the management of Idahoan&rsquo;s Retail portfolio and enablement of strategic plan:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist with the ongoing evaluation of existing retail product portfolio; identifying opportunities for increased volume, profitability growth, on-shelf productivity and operational efficiency
 </li>
 <li>
 Assists with the gathering of information for, populating and maintaining record of each &lsquo;New Item Charter&rsquo; for new retail products
 </li>
 <li>
 Support New Item Launch initiatives and assist with the subsequent performance tracking in market. Evaluate impact to strategic business KPIs around market share, household penetration, and distribution growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in new item commercialization through Idahoan&rsquo;s stage-gate process, supporting projects from concept to commercialization. Engaging key cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring projects stay within established timing and budget parameters, defining KPIs, and (at times) providing updates to Senior Leadership Team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains Price List and Accrual Documents, timely and accurately, in accordance with the latest pricing and promotion direction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provides data-driven insights into program executions based on defined performance indicators. Makes recommendations for adjustments to programs and investment based on findings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain forecasts for portfolio, both core items and new innovation, to determine if we are effectively leveraging our product mix to achieve business volume and financial targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for the analysis of market trends, syndicated data, and competitive activity to project business demands, assess program performance and inform planning to achieve brand goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated success identifying future business opportunities and challenges and developing action plans that address them proactively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with evaluating portfolio efficiency and recommend opportunities for &lsquo;Design-to-Value&rsquo; initiatives to enhance our product quality and profitability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collects and summarizes data from sources such as Circana, Catalina HUB, Walmart Scintilla, etc. to assess the effectiveness of various marketing promotions
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities to improve business processes and integrate business priorities across teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure Brand content and communication are consistent with agreed upon goals, priorities, and strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage portfolio assets within digital asset management platform, ensuring they are current and comprehensive where needed.
 </li>

 Manage product information within GDSN platform, ensuring accuracy and retailer readiness.
 </li>
 <li>

 2+ years of professional experience packaged goods / CPG marketing (food &amp; beverage).
