 Responsible for the processing of FX Spot, Forward, Time Options, Currency Time Deposits and all Currency Option contracts. Ensure timely confirmation and settlement of trades along with preparation of management reports. Client Service support of banks online FX trading Portal.
 
 
 
 
 Job Description
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities include the following
 
 :
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Confirm and process FX, Currency Option trades and Currency Time deposits with complete accuracy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Confirmation and review of Online FX Portal trade activity
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that all trades are confirmed via SWIFT, email or callback as necessary
 </li>
 <li>
 Setup and maintain Customer data on SPECTRUM including Standard Settlement Instructions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor Confirmation status on unmatched deals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attach payment instructions to each trade.
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate payment jobs for all SWIFT and CHIPS payments in our systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Confirm new/ changed customer payment instructions via call back
 </li>
 <li>
 Interact with traders, other departments, external banks, brokers, and customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 File documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain daily Statistics and logs
 </li>
 <li>
 Trace unconfirmed forward deals on a timely basis
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in training co-workers
 </li>
 <li>
 Compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Investigation of FX breaks and FX payments
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining GAP report
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 At least 3-5 years experience in FX trade and FX Option processing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Full knowledge of SWIFT message confirmation and payment types.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of ISO20022 formats a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Spectrum system a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Microsoft Word and EXCEL.
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective Oral and written communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision.

 Compensation
 
 
 
 
 The expected annual salary for this position is between $90,000-$105,000 at the start of employment. A salary offer is determined on an individualized basis, taking into consideration factors such as an individual&rsquo;s skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision plans, life and disability insurance, employee wellness program, retirement and savings plans with employer contributions, generous holiday and paid time off schedules, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.

 Role Summary
 
 
 
 The Loan Administrator provides end-to-end administrative and documentation support across the credit lifecycle, from deal execution and closing through ongoing portfolio servicing. This role ensures accurate documentation, effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and timely tracking of requirements in accordance with credit policy and operational standards.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Establish and maintain deal documentation structures, including creating opportunity folders and managing document organization throughout the credit lifecycle
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform initial administrative due diligence to support pre-screening, including basic public searches and internal eligibility checks
 </li>
 <li>
 Use standardized documentation checklists to determine required documentation for credit transactions
 </li>
 <li>
 Order and track third-party reports required for underwriting and closing, such as appraisals, environmental reports, property condition reports, and seismic reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with closers to align indicative closing timelines and assist with drafting and managing closing schedules
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform quality control checks on documentation packages prior to underwriting submission to ensure accuracy and completeness
 </li>
 <li>
 Support loan documentation and closing preparation by tracking required items against closing checklists and coordinating administrative input
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare administrative forms and supporting information required for loan booking and funding
 </li>
 <li>
 Track receipt and application of closing-related fees and confirm that payments are processed accurately
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect periodic servicing documentation from clients, including financial statements and aging reports, in accordance with monitoring requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Image, upload, and maintain loan documentation in systems of record (e.g., Synergy)
 </li>
 <li>
 Update ticketing and tracking systems to reflect receipt of documentation and completion of servicing requirements (e.g., Loan IQ)
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications Required
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong execution discipline and attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 End-to-end understanding of credit and loan administration processes from origination through post-closing
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong client-facing administrative coordination skills and ability to serve as a reliable point of contact for documentation follow-up
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage dependencies and timelines, including tracking third-party reports and open items
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with loan systems, document management tools, and tracking platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Clear written and verbal communication skills
