Job Overview:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer / Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in motion graphics, video editing, and visual storytelling to create impactful content for digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create high-quality motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, and branding projects.</li><li>Edit raw footage into polished videos with smooth transitions, sound design, and color correction.</li><li>Develop engaging explainer videos, reels, animations, and promotional content.</li><li>Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and content teams to understand project requirements.</li><li>Work on storyboards, visual concepts, typography, and animation sequences.</li><li>Ensure consistency in brand guidelines across all video and design outputs.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest design trends, editing techniques, and animation styles.</li><li>Manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of professional experience in motion graphics and video editing.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (Cinema 4D / Blender is a plus).</li><li>Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling.</li><li>Experience in color grading, sound design, and visual effects.</li><li>Ability to convert briefs into creatives with minimal supervision.</li><li>Knowledge of social media content formats and platform-specific requirements.</li><li>Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Good to Have:<ul><li>good knowledge in premiere pro</li><li>AI Tools</li><li>Understanding of marketing and branding fundamentals.</li><li>Ability to handle camera shoots (optional).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
