<b>About the Role</b><br>
We&rsquo;re hiring a fulltime Marketing Director to lead and execute integrated marketing programs for clients primarily in the Nonprofit, Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC), Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and education industries that drive measurable growth. You&rsquo;ll own strategy, hands-on execution, and performance optimization across digital (SEO, SEM, paid social, programmatic, email, web) and traditional channels (brand campaigns, print, broadcast, OOH, events). If you&rsquo;re stepping into your first Director role or you&rsquo;ve been a director for years, we&rsquo;ll calibrate scope and support to your experience.<br>

What You'll Do</b></h1><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Strategy &amp;</b><b> Planning</b></h2><ul><li>
Build integrated marketing plans tied to client business goals</li><li>
Develop channel strategies across SEO, SEM/paid search, paid social, programmatic/display, email/lifecycle, website/landing pages, and traditional media.</li><li>
Create clear briefs, hypotheses, test plans, and forecasts; set budgets and pacing.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Client Service Excellence and </b><b>Leadership</b></h2><ul><li>
Provide ongoing strategic counsel and client account stewardship &ndash; driving excellence in quality of work, strategic guidance and financial stewardship</li><li>
Serve as a day-to-day client lead, mentoring and guiding managers, associates and coordinators on the team in account direction, client service and work delivery</li></ul></div></div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Execution &amp;</b><b> Optimization</b></h2><ul><li>
Stand up and optimize campaigns end-to-end: audience, creative, offers, landing pages, conversion flows, and nurture programs.</li><li>
Manage SEO programs, partner with content and web development to improve Core Web Vitals, site architecture, and content performance.</li><li>
Own paid search, paid social, and programmatic strategy and ensure excellent team execution.</li><li>
Lead email and marketing automation: segmentation, journeys, lead scoring, A/B testing, and deliverability.</li><li>
Oversee traditional marketing as needed: media planning/buying OOH, print, broadcast, direct mail, sponsorships, and events.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Website &amp;</b><b> Conversion</b></h2><ul><li>
Partner with UX/design and developers on website roadmaps, and landing pages.</li><li>
Ensure accurate tracking (GA4, tag management, pixels), UTM governance, and robust QA.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Analytics &amp;</b><b> Reporting</b></h2><ul><li>
Leverage Looker Studio, Power My Analytics, SEMRush, Porter</li><li>
Experience using and integrating GA4</li><li>
Define KPIs; build dashboards and weekly/monthly readouts with insights</li><li>
Translate performance into clear recommendations for executives and cross-functional partners.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Collaboration &amp; </b><b>Leadership</b></h2><ul><li>
Work cross functionally- with Sales, Creative, PR/Comms teams.</li><li>
Manage vendors and/or direct reports; mentor teammates and elevate channel best practices.</li><li>
Steward budget accountability, and SOWs with agencies and freelancers.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Compliance &amp; </b><b>Governance</b></h2><ul><li>
Maintain data privacy and compliance standards</li><li>
Uphold brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and QA processes across channels.</li></ul><b>
What You'll Bring</b><div><ul><li>
Experience building and optimizing multi-channel marketing programs &ndash; <b>agency experience required</b>.</li><li>
Strong client service management skills</li><li>
Strong communication skills &ndash; both internally and with clients &ndash; to keep teams motivated, aligned and working together as one team.</li><li>
Strong presentation &ndash; verbal and written/visual communication skills</li><li>
Practical fluency in most of the following:<ul><li><b>
SEO: </b>Site audits, Search Console, schema, internal linking, Core Web Vitals.</li><li><b>
SEM/Paid Search: </b>Account structure, match types, bidding strategies,</li><li><b>
Paid Social: </b>Audience strategy, creative testing, retargeting, lead gen, B2B and/or B2C tactics.</li></ul></li></ul></div><ul><li><div><ul><li><b>
Programmatic/Display/Video: </b>Targeting, frequency management, brand safety, measurement.</li><li><b>
Email/Automation: </b>ESP/MAP (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp/Eloqua), segmentation, nurture design, testing.</li><li><b>
Web/CRO: </b>Partnering with designers/developers on CMS (e.g., WordPress/Webflow/Drupal), landing pages, form optimization, QA.</li><li><b>
Analytics/MarTech: </b>GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio/BI, Search Console, ads managers; CRM familiarity (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot).</li></ul></div></li><li>
Ability to turn insights into action and optimize processes and outcomes wherever possible.</li><li>
Strong project management: you can juggle priorities, hit deadlines</li><li>
Clear, audience-appropriate writing and storytelling.</li></ul><b>
