Job Description for Member Design EngineerKey Responsibilities&#9679; Perform engineering design and analysis of members for commercial, residential, and industrial structures.&#9679; Prepare and review member design calculations, reports, and supporting documentation as per project requirements.&#9679; Execute design for various structural elements such as beams, columns, bracings, stair framing, railings, canopies, and trellises using appropriate load cases and combinations.&#9679; Ensure all designs comply with relevant AISC, ASCE, and applicable codes and standards.&#9679; Coordinate with the in-house detailing team to ensure design intent, accuracy, and optimization of member weights.&#9679; Participate in design reviews and provide technical inputs for project improvements.&#9679; Maintain quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of all design work.&#9679; Support continuous improvement by implementing best practices in design methods and documentation.Skills &amp; Qualifications&#9679; Strong experience in engineering design of commercial, residential, and industrial buildings.&#9679; Proficiency in STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel.&#9679; Sound knowledge of AISC and ASCE design standards.&#9679; Ability to perform member-level design calculations and develop safe, economical solutions.&#9679; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.&#9679; Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Desired Candidate Profile&#9679; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master&rsquo;s preferred).&#9679; 4&ndash;9 years of relevant experience in member design.&#9679; Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.&#9679; Strong communication and teamwork skills.&#9679; Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;500,000.00 - &#8377;1,100,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
