We specialize in end-to-end event execution with creative concepts, reliable production, and high-quality equipment.Job OverviewWe are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing &amp; Social Media Executive to manage our digital presence, support event marketing activities, and assist with client outreach and lead generation.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create and schedule posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.</li><li>Assist in making reels, short videos, and event highlight content.</li><li>Coordinate with the creative team for graphics, photos, and marketing materials.</li><li>Track social media engagement and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.</li><li>Support client coordination for event details, proposals, budgets, and quotations.</li><li>Assist the team during event setups and on-ground activities.</li><li>Conduct cold calling to potential clients and support lead generation efforts.</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of social media trends and Canva/design tools.</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.</li><li>Interest in marketing, events, and production workflows.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Graduate in any field.</li><li>Preferred: Marketing, Mass Media, Communication, or Event Management.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
