You will own the creative direction, content strategy, reporting insights, and client communication.Important: This role is not primarily responsible for day-to-day posting or video editing&mdash;our execution team supports scheduling, publishing, and production. Your job is to ensure the strategy is strong, the creative direction is clear, and the client experience is excellent.Responsibilities<ul><li>Strategy &amp; Creative Direction</li><li>Build monthly social media strategies aligned to client goals (awareness, leads, traffic)</li></ul>Client Management<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients</li><li>Run client check-ins (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly depending on account)</li><li>Manage approvals, feedback, and expectations with professionalism and clarity</li><li>Identify upsell opportunities and additional needs (as appropriate)</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Performance<ul><li>Deliver monthly performance reports with insights (what worked, what didn&rsquo;t, what we&rsquo;re changing)</li><li>Track KPIs and turn data into clear next steps and recommendations</li><li>Monitor competitor activity and share strategic takeaways</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Workflow<ul><li>Work closely with our execution team (social media manager/coordinator, designer, video support)</li><li>Maintain organized systems for briefs, approvals, deadlines, and asset handoff</li><li>Communicate priorities early to avoid last-minute rushes</li><li>Develop campaign concepts, content pillars, and creative themes</li><li>Create content calendars and detailed briefs for the execution team (hooks, angles, captions direction, shot lists where needed)</li><li>Ensure brand voice consistency and platform-appropriate content direction (IG/TikTok/Facebook/LinkedIn as needed)</li><li>Review content before publishing to maintain quality and alignment</li><li>Qualifications</li><li>2&ndash;4+ years in social media strategy and/or client-facing account management (agency experience preferred)</li></ul>Tools (Nice to Have)<ul><li>Meta Business Suite</li><li>Google Drive, Sheets, Docs</li><li>Basic familiarity with Canva/creative tools (for feedback/review, not heavy design work)</li><li>Strong understanding of major social platforms and content best practices</li><li>Excellent communication skills (client-facing, written, and verbal)</li><li>Strong creative judgment and ability to generate content ideas that align with business goals</li><li>Comfortable with reporting, insights, and presenting recommendations</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven</li></ul>Join us if you're passionate about leveraging digital platforms creatively!
