Job Summary:We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Accounts cum Secretary/Receptionist to manage front-desk operations, provide secretarial support, and handle day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should be professional, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently in a dynamic office environment.Key Responsibilities:Accounting Duties:<ul><li>Record daily financial transactions, receipts, and invoices.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable.</li><li>Prepare petty cash, expense reports, and payment vouchers.</li><li>Support in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.</li><li>Assist in bank reconciliations and audit requirements.</li></ul>Secretarial / Administrative Duties:<ul><li>Provide administrative support to management.</li><li>Draft, type, and manage correspondence, memos, and reports.</li><li>Maintain filing systems (hard and soft copies).</li><li>Arrange meetings, schedules, and travel bookings.</li><li>Handle confidential documents and information securely.</li></ul>Receptionist Duties:<ul><li>Greet visitors and clients in a professional manner.</li><li>Answer, screen, and forward phone calls and emails.</li><li>Maintain the reception area and ensure it is presentable.</li><li>Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.</li><li>Provide general customer service and respond to inquiries.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting, administration, or reception.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., Tally)</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.</li><li>Presentable, professional, and customer-service oriented.</li><li>Knowledge of VAT and UAE accounting practices (preferred, if applicable).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
