Your Role
As a Home Care Staffing Coordinator, you&rsquo;ll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible care. Your day-to-day tasks will include:<ul><li>
Scheduling and Coordination: Overseeing client and staff schedules to ensure seamless service delivery.</li><li>
Client Intake: Welcoming new clients and ensuring a smooth admission process.</li><li>
Communication: Keeping Home Healthcare Aides informed about clients' care plans and addressing any needs that arise.</li><li>
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to Federal, State, and local regulations and standards.</li><li>
Administrative Tasks: Handling phone calls, document management, and visitor interactions.</li><li>
Team Collaboration: Participating in staff meetings and supporting the recruitment process.</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.</li><li>
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a Home Healthcare setting. TBI/NHTD experience preferred but not required (We are willing to train the right candidate).
</li><li>Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and knowledge of relevant regulations.</li><li>
Language: Bilingual in Spanish/English</li><li>
Attributes: Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle various tasks with a positive attitude.</li></ul>
Why Join Us?<ul><li>
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am &ndash; 5:00 pm. (we rotate a on-call phone, this will also be part of your schedule once training is completed)
</li><li>Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (to be discussed based on experience).</li><li>
Benefits: Health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.</li><li>
Location: Islandia, NY (In person).</li></ul>
