Job Opening: Internal AuditorLocation: Doha, Qatar Employment Type: Full Time Joining: ImmediateJob SummaryIdeal School, Qatar is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to evaluate and strengthen internal controls, financial processes, and compliance across the school&rsquo;s academic, administrative, and operational functions, in line with approved policies and Qatar regulations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct internal audits covering finance, procurement, HR, payroll, inventory, and operational processes</li><li>Review compliance with school policies, procedures, and internal controls</li><li>Assess risk areas and recommend corrective and preventive actions</li><li>Verify accuracy of financial records, transactions, and supporting documentation</li><li>Review procurement, contracts, vendor payments, and inventory controls</li><li>Prepare audit reports, observations, and follow-up action plans</li><li>Coordinate with management to implement audit recommendations</li><li>Support external audits and regulatory inspections when required</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or Business Administration</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of internal audit experience, preferably in schools, institutions, or large organizations</li><li>Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and compliance</li><li>Familiarity with Qatar Labour Law and regulatory requirements is an advantage</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit documentation</li><li>High integrity, analytical skills, and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality</li><li>Immediate joiners preferred</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Attractive salary package (based on experience and qualifications)</li><li>Other benefits as per school policies and Qatar Labour Law</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
