Job Title: Admin Manager - Facilities Management Job Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Preferably near Tambaram) Job Type: Full-time Educational Qualifications: Any DegreePreferably MaleJob description<ul><li>Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.</li><li>Prepare and report performance metrics for use in company and related facilities.</li><li>Provide supervisory support and training for the required teams to handle and manage various sites and locations under facilities management.</li><li>Ensure required reports are prepared, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.</li><li>Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of up-to-date industry standards and automation improvements for facilities management.</li><li>Support building operations team to ensure all building services are delivered in accordance with all lease requirements, contractual obligations, and good operating practices.</li><li>Administrative duties including proofreading, typing of all correspondence and reports, filing, maintaining up-to-date Tenant Contact Lists and Tenant lease files, purchasing and maintaining office supplies and equipment.</li><li>Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new materials with attention to budgetary guidelines.</li><li>Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.</li><li>Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians, plumbers, various facilities management vendors).</li><li>Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.).</li><li>Support the Facilities Management team in managing commercial office space and perform backup duties for the team when they are away from the office.</li><li>Accurately prepare invoices to Tenants for Facilities Management&rsquo;s approval.</li><li>Assist in receivables collections and publish proper periodic reports of outstanding items</li></ul>An Ideal Candidate :- <ul><li>Very good proven track record of handling the Admin role for Facilities Management</li><li>Candidate is to be highly organized, self-motivated, proactive, and can work independently</li><li>Should possess very good negotiation and influencing skills with a proven track records.</li><li>Candidate must be able to work with fast pace team with multiple clients</li><li>Should be comfortable to drive 2-wheeler/4-wheeler and flexible to work in different shifts and not be a clock-watcher.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per yearExperience:<ul><li>total work: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
