Title :- Production Engineer - Sheet Metal ManufacturingExperience :- 5 Years in Production from Sheet Metal IndustryJob Location :- Kosamba, Suart, Gujarat.Job Description :-A Production Engineer in the sheet metal industry oversees production processes, optimizes workflows, ensures quality, manages materials, and resolves issues to maximize efficiency and meet production goals.<ul><li>Production Planning &amp; Supervision: Develop production plans based on manufacturing priorities, create work orders, and supervise the implementation of these plans on the shop floor.</li><li>Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize production workflows to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize productivity.</li><li>Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures, conduct quality checks, and ensure that all sheet metal components meet high production standards.</li><li>Material Management: Monitor material needs, submit purchasing requests, and manage inventory levels to ensure smooth production flow.</li><li>Technical Support &amp; Troubleshooting: Coordinate with design and engineering teams to interpret technical drawings, provide technical guidance to staff, and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.</li><li>Safety &amp; Compliance: Ensure the production environment maintains high safety standards and adheres to all relevant industry regulations.</li><li>Training &amp; Development: Train and mentor production operators to enhance their skills and performance.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>We required immediate joiner's only.</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Kosamba, Surat, Gujarat (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
