The ideal candidate will be a high-energy professional with a passion for excellence, strong communication skills, a love for social media, and a sound background in Excel. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the smooth operation of our office and contributing to the positive atmosphere that defines Idea Spice.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.</li><li>Familiar with all social media channels, including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized reception area.</li><li>Handle administrative tasks, including sorting and distributing mail, coordinating courier services, and managing office supplies.</li><li>Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.</li><li>Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic analysis.</li><li>Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Assist in organizing company events and functions.</li><li>Uphold a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Previous experience in Social Media and administrative assistant roles.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.</li><li>Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.</li><li>Should have good knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Social media: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li><li>arabic (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Deadline: 10/11/2023
