With 25,000+ users, we are on a mission to digitally enable the B2B manufacturing economy.What do we need?Own the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing for our manufacturing-tech solutions. You&rsquo;ll build and progress a high-quality pipeline, run solution-led demos, negotiate commercial terms, and consistently hit revenue targets while keeping CRM and forecasts squeaky-clean.What will you do?- Pipeline &amp; Prospecting:<ul><li>Identify and prioritize target accounts (manufacturers, suppliers, plant heads, procurement leaders, founders/owners).</li><li>Run multi-channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) and convert MQLs to SQLs</li></ul>- Discovery, Demos &amp; Solutioning:<ul><li>Lead deep discovery to map pain points and buying process.</li><li>Deliver tailored product demos and value stories; co-create proposals with clear ROI.</li></ul>- Negotiation &amp; Closing:<ul><li>Own pricing, commercials, and legal/ops coordination; shepherd deals to signature.</li><li>Coordinate smooth hand-off to onboarding/CS; ensure first-value milestones are set.</li></ul>- Account Expansion:<ul><li>Mine won accounts for upsell/cross-sell &amp; deeper engagement.</li></ul>- Field Presence &amp; Business Travel<ul><li>Meet customers across key industrial clusters.</li><li>Travel as needed for meetings, events &amp; shows with a focus on conversions.</li></ul>- Process &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene (stages, notes, next steps).</li><li>Run weekly forecasts; track activity, funnel health, and win/loss reasons.</li></ul>You have should have:<ul><li>Proven revenue generation experience: consistent quota attainment (target vs. achievement), ownership of new bookings/ARR or services revenue, and a track record of closing multi-stakeholder B2B deals.</li><li>3&ndash;7 years in B2B acquisition and account growth.</li><li>Hands-on selling SaaS/tech products and/or manufacturing solutions to SME/mid-market industrial or B2B buyers.</li><li>Strong discovery, storytelling, proposal building, and commercial/negotiation skills.</li><li>Tools: Microsoft 365 (Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Teams), CRM (Zoho/Salesforce or similar), LinkedIn Sales Navigator.</li><li>Excellent communication in English; Hindi/Telugu is a plus.</li><li>Willingness to travel locally/regionally for meetings.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Get<ul><li>Work &amp; learn with the founding team.</li><li>Competitive salary + performance incentives tied to new bookings/revenues</li><li>Flexible work culture (30 day Work From Anywhere) with a high-performance team.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;350,000.00 - &#8377;600,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person
