 Purpose
 
 
 
 This role ensures facilities and associated services provide best-in-class employee experience and address business and security needs
 
 
 
 Key Missions
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plans and manages activities associated with facilities management, property management, purchasing needs related to facilities, vehicle fleet management, cleaning or reception services, utility management, food services, etc
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinates with external agencies facilitating eventual travel arrangements
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures facilities' infrastructure conditions and operations comply with regulations and business needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Manages space planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures facilities' security and safety
 </li>
 <li>
 Plans, drives, and monitors maintenance and construction programs for the building, including its equipment and supplies
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinates contractors where required
 </li>
 <li>
 Manages facilities budget
 </li>
 <li>
 Manages internal and external communication related to facilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Executes simple tasks related to Facilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Manages users' requests and troubleshooting
 </li>
 <li>
 Works under supervision

 Acts as the interface with internal and external interlocutors

 May work on support presentations/documents/files
 </li>
 <li>
 Handles confidential business and personal information
 </li>

 Delivers administrative tasks clearly defined with autonomy
