The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks with professionalism and diplomacy.Administrative & Executive Support • Manage the CEO’s daily calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings. • Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for domestic and international trips. • Prepare, review, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents. • Serve as the first point of contact for the CEO, filtering communications and prioritizing urgent matters. Operational & Strategic Support• Track key projects, follow up on pending actions, and ensure deadlines are met. • Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, executive briefings, and stakeholder presentations. • Conduct research, compile data, and draft reports to support strategic decision-making.• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to align with the CEO’s agenda. Relationship Management • Maintain professional communication with stakeholders, partners, clients, and senior executives. • Represent the CEO with discretion and professionalism in meetings, calls, and correspondence. • Build and sustain effective relationships across the organization to facilitate smooth information flow.
