About the Job:</b><br>
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our marketing team as Marketing Manager for the Perspectium brand. In this role, you will develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies and campaigns to produce high-quality leads and expand our customer base. Leveraging your expertise in the software industry, you will craft targeted marketing programs to engage and nurture prospects throughout the buyer journey, ultimately driving conversion and revenue growth.<br>

This position requires excellent organizational skills, time management, technical aptitude, brand management, personal accountability, and professionalism. Your contribution will have an immediate impact on our organization, playing a critical role in a well-established (and much-loved) brand. <b>What You Will Do:</b><ul><li>
Develop and execute integrated campaigns targeting potential customers of Perspectium&rsquo;s software (both technical users and decision makers), including email marketing, content marketing, webinars, social media, paid advertising, and more.</li><li>
Improve our lead-to-customer conversion rate by refining messaging, inbound and outbound programs, and creative.</li><li>
Coordinate with other marketing team members to create compelling marketing collateral tailored to various stages of the buyer journey.</li><li>
Build out email campaigns by different segments to engage prospects, build relationships and move leads through the funnel.</li><li>
Run webinars that align with our strategy to build pipeline.</li><li>
Communicate and report on KPIs, campaign performance and use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for campaign optimization, and improvement of website traffic, lead quality, lead velocity, and pipeline generation.</li><li>
Partner closely with sales, marketing, and operations to develop a coordinated content strategy and campaign execution for both inbound and outbound lead generation.</li><li>
Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and develop sales outreach and nurture campaigns that achieve shared goals and objectives.</li><li>
Build and manage relationships with third-party vendors and/or agency partners, such as industry influencers, thought leaders, and content syndication providers, to drive additional lead generation opportunities.</li><li>
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the database ecosystem.</li><li>
Manage allocated marketing budget and identify resources to maximize lead generation performance.</li></ul><b>
About You:</b><ul><li>
Minimum of 5+ years of experience developing and executing successful demand generation marketing campaigns in B2B software/SaaS companies.</li><li>
An analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret data, and a passion for proving ROI.</li><li>
Hands-on experience working across digital marketing disciplines, including email marketing, PPC, SEO, online advertising, website optimization, and more.</li><li>
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and on budget.</li><li>
A succinct writer and clear communicator with the ability to create engaging content.</li><li>
Builder mindset who can work individually and collaborate effectively with others.</li><li>
Proactive in seeking out new opportunities and communicate often with transparency.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail. You can dive into the weeds with your team and pick up on the seemingly small, yet important, details.</li><li>
Display grit and determination, and maintain a bias for speed. We move very quickly, and will expect you to set a similar pace.</li><li>
Experience developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns, resulting in measurable lead generation and revenue growth.</li><li>
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools. Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.</li></ul><p><b><br>
