Position OverviewScentroid is seeking a highly aggressive, KPI-driven sales professional to join our Middle East team. This is a field-focused role; you will be constantly visiting client sites, generating leads, and closing high-value deals.We want someone with a hunter mentality, unafraid to pursue new business aggressively while building relationships with top decision-makers in wastewater treatment, oil &amp; gas, landfill operations, and environmental sectors. Technical sales experience with industrial or environmental machinery is a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Drive new business development through proactive prospecting, cold calls, networking, and site visits.</li><li>Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.</li><li>Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to expand Scentroid&rsquo;s market share.</li><li>Conduct regular client site visits, frequent travel across the Middle East is mandatory.</li><li>Present technical solutions for air quality and odour monitoring, tailoring proposals to client needs.</li><li>Build long-term relationships with private, municipal, and government clients.</li><li>Work closely with technical and marketing teams to deliver client-specific presentations.</li><li>Maintain accurate records in Scentroid&rsquo;s CRM and provide detailed sales reports to management.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.</li><li>Experience selling technical or environmental monitoring equipment preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of regional industries: wastewater treatment, oil &amp; gas, environmental compliance, and landfill operations.</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively within the Middle East.</li><li>Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Ability to understand and explain complex technical products.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.</li></ul>Assets<ul><li>Arabic language skills and/or a strong network in regional industries.</li><li>Knowledge of Middle Eastern environmental regulations and compliance standards.</li><li>Experience with municipal/government procurement processes.</li><li>Knowledge of Tenders/Tender applications</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Uncapped commission structure: high performers can exceed the stated range.</li><li>Travel and expense coverage.</li><li>Opportunities for rapid career growth in a high-demand market.</li><li>Work with cutting-edge environmental technology impacting industries</li></ul>Who We AreScentroid is the world&rsquo;s leading manufacturer of Air Quality and Odour Monitoring equipment, exporting to over 42 countries.
