We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to enhance our online presence and drive engagement through strategic campaigns.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement.</li><li>Manage and create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social platforms.</li><li>Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and optimize social media performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.</li><li>Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.</li><li>Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and queries.</li><li>Conduct competitor analysis and suggest innovative growth strategies.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.</li><li>Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.</li><li>Experience with content creation, copywriting, and basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).</li><li>Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and paid social media campaigns.</li><li>Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.</li></ul>Apply Now!
