This is a REMOTE position with some travel.
The Manager, Commercial Execution owns the commercial operating system for the Global Semiconductors business. This role ensures that all customer requests including RFQs, quotes, orders, and programs, are processed through a disciplined, prioritized, and reliable system that improves response time, protects engineering capacity, and removes friction from the sales organization.
This position serves as the commercial control tower, owning commercial KPIs, funnel discipline, and operating cadence across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Inside Sales. The role defines and enforces the metrics, dashboards, and prioritization logic that govern commercial execution, while removing friction from Sales, protecting Engineering capacity, and improving customer response time and reliability.
While the role does not directly manage Inside Sales or Customer Support teams, it has enterprise authority to set priorities, enforce processes, and redirect work to ensure consistent performance across all sites and regions.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Commercial Intake, Funnel &amp; KPI Ownership:</li></ul>
<ul><li>Help manage the end‑to‑end commercial funnel, including RFQ intake, triage, classification, prioritization, and throughput</li>
<li>Help define, track, and enforce commercial KPIs</li>
<li>Help analyze and run the commercial operating cadence, including funnel reviews, prioritization forums, and performance reporting</li>
<li>Own commercial tracking tools and ensure alignment with CRM systems</li>
</ul><ul><li>Commercial Governance &amp; Gating:</li></ul>
<ul><li>Enforce formal Go / No‑Go decisions prior to engineering or applications engagement</li>
<li>Ensure commercial and technical requirements are clearly defined before work begins</li>
<li>Protect engineering and applications capacity through disciplined intake and prioritization</li>
</ul><ul><li>Deal &amp; Program Execution:</li></ul>
<ul><li>Serve as the central coordination point for major and complex customer RFQs and programs</li>
<li>Align Sales, Business Lines, Engineering, Operations, and Inside Sales around execution priorities</li>
<li>Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent customer responses across the commercial lifecycle</li>
<li>Set priorities, workflows, and performance standards for Inside Sales and Customer Support teams</li>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Education: Bachelor's required and advanced degree preferred</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience: 10+ years of experience in commercial operations, deal desk, program management, or complex B2B sales execution</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong experience owning KPIs, funnels, and operating cadence in a cross-functional environment</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to drive results in a matrix organization and enforce priorities without direct line management</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience operating across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Support in engineered or configurable product environments</li></ul>

SUMMARY
This role supports the HR, management, and employee teams for the ADS business, with responsibilities across several key functional areas, including HRIS maintenance, payroll administration, timekeeping, leave administration, and other benefits‑related topics. The position also assists with recruitment activities such as job postings and interview scheduling, oversees onboarding processes, and provides support on employee relations matters. In addition, this role supports the ADS HR team on key projects and serves as the ADS office lead.
This is a full‑time role based in our Huntsville, AL office, ability to work remotely 1-2 days per week.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES
HR Operations &amp; Employee Support
<ul><li>Serve as an HR Generalist, owning transactional HR activities in Workday and responding to general employee and manager inquiries.</li>
<li>Support the overall employee experience through timely issue resolution, guidance, and coordination of HR processes.</li>
<li>Partner closely with HR Managers and HRIS on data maintenance, reporting, and audits</li>
</ul>Workday, Reporting &amp; Payroll
<ul><li>Complete Workday transactions and maintain accurate headcount and HR data reporting.</li>
<li>Perform weekly payroll activities, including data entry, reporting, and Partnering with our payroll administrator.</li>
<li>Train employees and leaders on timekeeping and payroll processes as needed.</li>
<li>Collaborate with HRIS to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and compliance.</li>
</ul>Benefits &amp; Leave Administration
<ul><li>Support annual benefits open enrollment communications and provide hands‑on support to employees in the U.S. and Canada.</li>
<li>Proactively assist employees with benefits questions, enrollment issues, and vendor coordination.</li>
<li>Administer leave management processes, coordinating with the leave vendor, employees, and managers to ensure compliance and clear communication.</li>
</ul>Recruiting &amp; Onboarding

<li>Conduct new employee orientation and oversee onboarding activities to ensure a smooth new‑hire experience.</li>
<li>Complete I‑9 verification for all new hires in compliance with federal requirements.</li>
</ul>Compliance, ER &amp; Programs
<ul><li>At times may assist in employee relations matters and engagement initiatives.</li>
<li>Coordinate and deliver employee recognition programs through Awardco.</li>
<li>Submit Workers&rsquo; Compensation claims and manage the annual Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review process.</li>
</ul>Office &amp; Administrative Support
<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for the Huntsville office, providing front‑desk reception support and general office coordination.</li>
</ul>Additional Responsibilities

</ul>EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION LEVEL, and SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
<ul><li>BS/BA or equivalent in Human Resources or related area</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years human resources experience</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years experienced in recruitment both hourly and exempt roles</li>
<li>Highly self‑directed, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.</li>
<li>Preferred experience working with HRIS systems such as Workday, and experience with timekeeping systems like Kronos or Dimensions</li>
<li>Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher Programs</li>

Role Summary:
The Commodity Manager owns commodity/category strategies and sourcing execution to improve total cost, quality, delivery, and supply assurance, partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and EHS to drive standardization, supplier performance, and risk mitigation.
Duties/Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Own site commodity/category strategies (segmentation, spend analysis, market intelligence) and maintain a savings pipeline aligned to business targets.</li>
<li>Lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce complexity and implement value engineering, standardization, and alternate materials/processes.</li>
<li>Plan and execute sourcing events (RFI/RFP/RFQ) through award; align requirements, evaluate proposals, and lead supplier selection recommendations.</li>
<li>Develop negotiation strategies using cost-driver/should-cost analysis; negotiate and implement agreements covering pricing, terms, service levels, quality requirements, and change control.</li>
<li>Manage supplier performance using KPIs/scorecards and QBRs; drive corrective actions and continuous improvement in quality, delivery, and cost.</li>
<li>Identify and mitigate supply risk (single-source, capacity, logistics, financial/market volatility); support escalations (shortages, expedites, quality holds, price/invoice issues) and implement sustainable fixes.</li>
<li>Support NPI and growth initiatives (sourcing plans, supplier qualification readiness) and provide regular updates to Supply Chain/site leadership on savings, performance, contracts, and risk.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>Required Skills/Abilities:
<ul><li>Strong business and financial acumen</li>
<li>Experience negotiating and implementing contracts; deploying supply chain processes and best practices in an organization of similar size/scope</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to lead through influence (coaching/mentoring peers, facilitating cross-functional decision-making, and driving accountability without direct reporting authority)</li>
<li>Working knowledge of ERP applications</li>
<li>Working knowledge of quality systems, lean and continuous improvement processes, and project management processes</li>
