The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling front office responsibilities and administrative tasks efficiently, with a friendly and professional demeanor.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and welcome students, clients, and visitors in a professional manner</li><li>Manage front desk operations including answering calls, handling inquiries, and directing walk-ins</li><li>Maintain student registration records and manage appointment schedules</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments and trainers for smooth daily operations</li><li>Handle basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area</li><li>Assist with student follow-ups, enquiry tracking, and daily reporting</li></ul>Candidate Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar Front Office / Admin role</li><li>Female candidates preferred</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Tamil</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations</li><li>Pleasant personality with a professional attitude</li><li>Must be from Coimbatore and familiar with local commuting</li><li>Ability to multitask and work independently</li></ul>Job Details:<ul><li>Salary: &#8377;12000 to 15000 per month (based on experience and skills)</li><li>Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM</li><li>Working Days: Monday to Saturday</li><li>Weekly Off: Sunday</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
