We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented <b>Logistics Coordinator</b> to join our team in Riyadh. This role is essential in supporting new employees during their onboarding process and ensuring smooth logistical operations across the company.</p><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
</b></h4>
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h4>
<ul>
<li><p>Coordinate with HR on new hires and flight arrangements.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Support onboarding by arranging hotel stays, assisting with accommodation, and providing essential tools (cell phone, computer).</p>
</li>
<li><p>Create and manage purchase orders in SAP for invoices.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Manage the company&rsquo;s vehicle fleet to ensure availability and maintenance.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Oversee office setup, including furniture, cleaning, and security services.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Coordinate PPE delivery in collaboration with the HSE Manager.</p></li><br>
</ul>
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>About You</b></h4>
<p>
We are looking for a proactive professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.</p>
<p><b>
Requirements:</b></p>
<ul>
<li><p>Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).</p>
</li>
<li><p>Minimum of 3 years&rsquo; experience in a similar logistics or administrative role.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia (KSA).</p>
</li>
<li><p>Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.</p></li></ul><br>
