 We are looking for a proactive Analyst to join our team at IDR. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between IDR and its clients, ensuring seamless project delivery, expert engagement, and high client satisfaction. You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting the right subject matter experts, managing consultations, and ensuring compliance across all stages of the project lifecycle.  Key Responsibilities
 
 
 Client Requirements
 
 
 
 Understand client requirements and project goals, ensuring alignment with deliverables and timelines.
 
 
 
 SME Identification and Recruitment
 
 
 
 Identify, recruit, and screen subject matter experts (SMEs) for qualitative and quantitative research projects using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, online search engines, and industry databases.
 
 
 
 Expert and Engagement and Onboarding
 
 
 
 Engage with experts to confirm their suitability and ensure smooth onboarding.
 
 
 
 Consultation Scheduling and Coordination
 
 
 
 Coordinate and schedule consultations, maintaining accurate calendars and communication with all parties.
 
 
 
 Profiles Review
 
 
 
 Submit expert profiles for internal review and client approval.
 
 
 
 Record Management
 
 
 
 Maintain detailed records of experts, including payment information and compliance documentation, on internal trackers and platforms.
 
 
 
 Expert Support and Query Resolution
 
 
 
 Address expert queries regarding onboarding, payments, and project processes in a timely manner.
 
 
 
 Policy Compliance and Information Security
 
 
 
 Ensure compliance with internal policies and information security standards throughout project execution.
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Skills:
 
 
 Education:
 
 
 
 Bachelor's degree in management sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
 
 
 
 Experience

 0&ndash;2 years of relevant work experience.

 We are seeking an Admin Generalist to join our team and provide administrative support to our organization. The Admin Generalist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks, organizing and maintaining files and records, and assisting with special projects as needed.
