 Position Overview / Responsibilities
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Create and deliver design solutions across web, mobile, email, and social media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Design intuitive user interfaces for websites, investor portals, and dashboards, applying UX best practices to improve user experience
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and gather stakeholder feedback
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Collaborate with marketing, communications, and technology teams to produce assets for integrated campaigns, including display ads and social graphics
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Use tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch to produce high-quality, production-ready assets
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Required Skills &amp; Qualifications
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and the ability to translate brand guidelines into effective digital solutions
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience in UI/UX design with a solid understanding of user-centered design principles
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools to effectively communicate design ideas
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Creative thinking and adaptability to stay current with evolving design trends and digital technologies
