 Role and Responsibilities

 Leads and manages a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
 </li>

 Researches and identifies potential suppliers, evaluates their performance, and negotiates favorable terms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Builds and maintains strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversees all procurement processes, including sourcing, bidding, negotiation, and contract management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyzes procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures compliance with all relevant procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develops and manages procurement budgets, ensuring that costs are aligned with business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiates contracts with suppliers to achieve favorable terms and conditions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifies and mitigates procurement risks to protect the company's interests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the procurement function's effectiveness and efficiency.
 </li>

 Qualifications Requirements

 6-10 years of relative work experience.

 BSc. in Purchasing &amp; Supply.

 Affiliate Member of a Professional Body.
