Role OverviewThe PRO is responsible for managing all government relations, immigration processes, and regulatory compliance requirements for the company. The role also supports HR operations, legal coordination, and company documentation to ensure full compliance with UAE laws and seamless employee lifecycle management.Key Responsibilities:Human Resources (60%) - Government Relations &amp; HR Operations<ul><li>Manage end-to-end government relations and immigration processes for employees</li><li>Apply for and monitor visa quotas in line with business requirements</li><li>Process MOHRE transactions, including Work permit applications and cancellations, Insurance pool management on MOHRE portal</li><li>Handle GDRFA &amp; DMCC transactions, including e-Visa applications, Change of status, Visa cancellations</li><li>Typing &amp; processing visa medicals, visa stamping, and Emirates ID processes, including Typing of applications, Biometrics scheduling for new registrations</li><li>Liaise with MOHRE, GDRFA, Tasheel, Amer Centre and ICP for resolving visa and immigration-related matters</li><li>Monitor and track visa and work permit expiries and renewals to ensure timely action</li><li>Register and follow up on MOHRE complaints, where required</li><li>Manage GPSSA registration and de-registration processes for UAE National employees in compliance with regulatory requirements</li><li>Handle absconding cases and other ad hoc immigration-related matters in coordination with relevant government authorities</li><li>Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and all applicable immigration regulations</li><li>Monitor and ensure all applications and processes are completed within stipulated timelines to avoid fines or penalties</li><li>Maintain adequate balances across all relevant government portals and liaise with the Finance team for timely fund transfers</li><li>Submit petty cash claims with all supporting documentation and receipts to the Finance team in line with internal policies</li></ul>Legal (30%)<ul><li>Liaise with external legal consultants on contracts, disputes, and compliance matters</li><li>Support in monitoring regulatory changes and ensure company adherence to UAE laws</li><li>Assist in handling labour-related cases, documentation, and coordination with relevant authorities</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and records for all legal and compliance matters</li><li>Ensure timely renewal of all compliance-related registrations, approvals, and licenses</li></ul>Company Documentation &amp; Administration (COO Office Support)<ul><li>Manage and track renewals of IEX &amp; Immersive Experience trade license, including DMCC, permits, and company registrations</li><li>Coordinate utilities and government-linked services, including: DEWA, Ejari , Tenancy contracts, DMCC office lease renewal</li><li>Handle DM permits, seek approvals from CBI- in relation to the activity</li><li>Maintain a centralized tracker for all company documents, ensuring timely renewals and compliance</li><li>Support administrative coordination related to regulatory and operational requirements</li></ul>Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
