You will own tutor Hiring, testing (verbal &amp; written), daily instructional guidelines, team management, quality assurance, and escalations across these subjects: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, General Science, Economics, and Biology etc.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Lead and coach a remote tutor team; set rosters, ensure coverage, monitor attendance and performance.</li><li>Design and administer verbal &amp; written tests for hiring and periodic evaluations.</li><li>Issue daily subject&#8209;wise guidelines (objectives, key problems, marking schemes, solution steps).</li><li>Review lessons/solutions, run QA checks, and deliver actionable feedback &amp; micro&#8209;trainings.</li><li>Handle complex academic queries and client/student escalations during the night shift.</li><li>Build and maintain item banks and rubrics; analyze data and publish weekly quality reports.</li><li>Maintain a living knowledge base (best practices, rubrics, solution libraries).</li><li>Enforce safeguarding, academic integrity, and data privacy standards.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Bring<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in a relevant field (Math/Physics/Chemistry/Economics/Biology/Education or related).</li><li>5+ years teaching/tutoring (online or in&#8209;person) including 2+ years leading or mentoring tutors.</li><li>Advanced multi&#8209;subject command across Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, General Science, Economics, Biology.</li><li>Demonstrated skill in assessment design, rubric creation, and QA.</li><li>Excellent written &amp; verbal communication; confident with verbal academic assessments.</li><li>Proficiency with EdTech/LMS tools (Google Workspace, Zoom/Meet, annotation/whiteboard tools).</li><li>Reliable hardware and a quiet, professional on&#8209;site presence during night hours.</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Work Mode<ul><li>On&#8209;site (office&#8209;based) in Karachi.</li><li>Night shift: e.g., 8:00 p.m. &ndash; 6:00 a.m. PKT, Monday&ndash;Saturday.</li></ul>Selection Process<ul><li>Written Subject Test (multi&#8209;subject + pedagogy)</li><li>Verbal Interview &amp; 10&#8209;minute Teaching Demo</li><li>Case Exercise (1&#8209;week plan + sample assessment)</li><li>Reference/Background Checks</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive monthly salary (PKR 250,000) commensurate with experience.</li><li>Performance bonus tied to quality metrics and student satisfaction.</li><li>Growth pathway to Academics Manager / Training Lead.</li></ul>How to ApplyApply via LinkedIn Easy Apply or email your CV (PDF) + 1&#8209;page Cover Letter + 1 sample lesson (any one of the listed subjects) to [*Jobs@ifcondition.com]* with subject: &ldquo;Head Tutor&rdquo;.
