About the RoleWe&rsquo;re looking for a Full Stack Developer skilled in Python (Django/Flask) and React JS to join our growing tech team in Karwar. You&rsquo;ll work on end-to-end web applications, contribute to product design, and collaborate with developers and mentors as part of our training + delivery ecosystem.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (back end) and React (front end).</li><li>Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project delivery.</li><li>Review code, maintain documentation, and ensure best practices.</li><li>Mentor junior team members or trainees when required.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>1 &ndash; 3 years of experience in Full Stack Development.</li><li>Proficiency in Python, React JS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).</li><li>Experience with frameworks like Django or Flask.</li><li>Good understanding of RESTful APIs and database management (MySQL/PostgreSQL).</li><li>Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, debugging, and teamwork abilities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;250,000.00 - &#8377;350,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
