We are seeking an Inbound Trainer to support the development of our Stocking team. This role provides hands on training and guidance while performing all standard Stocking Associate duties. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES <ul><li>Train and support Stocking Associates</li><li>Stock product using an RF scanner</li><li>Scan or key orders following established processes</li><li>Count and verify incoming products.</li><li>Maintain stocking documents and records</li><li>Follow all safety rules and guidelines</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li><li>PIT experience strongly encouraged</li></ul>* <ul><li>WHAT WE&rsquo;RE LOOKING FOR</li><li>Stocking/Receiving/warehouse experience preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of stocking processes and RF scanning</li><li>Positive communicator who enjoys teaching others</li><li>Team player who leads by example</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety</li></ul>Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits: <ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
