Recruitment Support:- Assist with posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates.- Conduct initial phone screenings and follow up with candidates.2. Onboarding and Offboarding:- Help prepare onboarding materials and assist with the induction process for new hires.- Assist in the coordination of exit interviews and offboarding procedures.3. Employee Records Management:- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.- Assist in organizing and filing HR documents.6.
